Do NOT I repeat do NOT waste your time or money with them. There’s a reason there’s very limited info on them. Even as far as the reviews I there’s only two. I have been trying to get in contact with a manager about my application. I call they act like they don’t know when a manager will be there. They refuse to give me a number to reach management. I cannot find them on the bbb or anywhere else. I’m stating to believe that I was scammed!
I rented a condo apartment through them from Aug 2022 till November 2022. I paid until Feb 2023. Their lease cancelation policy langiage is very vague. Verbally, they said "just give us two months notice and we will find another tenant and you are responsible for those two months". In written contract, tenant is responsible for whole year lease and there is no breakage penalty. That means, if you have to break the lease you are responsible for rent and bills until a new tenant they like to get in. Their tenancy requirements ... read more
