Very hard to communicate with. Emailed a question about a rental and about a week later got a generated general response not related or answered. Finally scheduled a showing and again just automated response, closer to the showing got a real person to text back. Went to the business address to talk and apply, no one was there. Scheduled a tour to check out an apartment and confirmed it with Real Property Management only to have no one show up.
Absolute worst experience we’ve ever had. Smoke signals would be an improvement to the communication we’ve received. If Niki is the person in charge of communication, I’d suggest finding somewhere else to live. We sent formal letters left voicemails, we even had attorneys call on our behalf. It took have emergency services come due to a gas leak and calling another agent to get a call back. We went two months without AC and still have a list of things in disrepair. Unresponsive and Negligent Management I am extremely disappointed with the management of this property. Every time we try to reach them by phone, it goes straight to voicemail, and they never return our calls—ever. We have encountered multiple situations where communication was essential, yet management simply refuses to engage.
