If I could give zero stars, I would. Between my husband and me, we have had FIVE self-guided tours cancelled for the same property. I had one cancelled, and my husband had four more cancelled after repeatedly trying to reschedule. At this point, it feels less like bad luck and more like a business practice. The property has been advertised as available for over a month, yet apparently no one is capable of showing it. Calls go unanswered. Voicemails are ignored. Messages are not returned. i would say overall they are helpful, just call them more during the day. they answer alot better then
I am presently reading about numerous complaints about this company. Such as no one ever in the office and never returning calls or emails.
We have been living here for over a year and as far as we know Nikki is a ghost. Terrible communication. I don't recommend real whatsoever
