Absolute worst experience we’ve ever had. Smoke signals would be an improvement to the communication we’ve received. If Niki is the person in charge of communication, I’d suggest finding somewhere else to live. We sent formal letters left voicemails, we even had attorneys call on our behalf. It took have emergency services come due to a gas leak and calling another agent to get a call back. We went two months without AC and still have a list of things in disrepair. Unresponsive and Negligent Management I am extremely disappointed with the management of this property. Every time we try to reach them by phone, it goes straight to voicemail, and they never return our calls—ever. We have encountered multiple situations where communication was essential, yet management simply refuses to engage. I rental from RPM and your after hour emergency number rings twice and hangs up. I have been reaching out since 9 am with no reply it is now 3. Our Furnace is out in 25 degree Idaho weather and the property managers will not answer their phones or messages. It is going to be a long cold night
Poor communication and very hard to reach. They don’t respond to emails until weeks later and they’re practically unreachable on the phone. It’s very rare when they answer the phone and won’t call you back even when you leave a message. When I reached out to them regarding the lease renewal they mentioned they couldn’t do anything because the property will be under new management.
