The author of this review, Noah Korda has a long history of harassing HOA Board members and other residents of his HOA community (Valley Oaks I HOA). Just few months ago Homeowners Association gave him another Violation Notice (through HOA attorney David Swedelson from SwedelsonGottlieb) for sending fake letters to his neighbors, falsely suggesting that he is representing the Association and demanding some payments!
