RPM never answers the phone, never responds to emails, and when they finally show up, they're rude, dismissive, and openly hostile if you dare ask questions or criticize their performance. UGH. Don't even dial their number!! This is THE worst company we have ever had in our condo complex. They are completely rude, inefficient, irresponsible. The two managers Masha and George run the meetings like they are the 6th and 7th Board members. If they don't like the questions being asked, don't want to respond, they just attack the homeowners or just mute them.
