RPM Shoreline will not respond to my phone calls or emails. I no longer wish for them to manage my property and they will not return our $300 repairs deposit that shows active on our statement. Our tenant moved out in January and they didn't notify us. Meanwhile they continue to charge us for their "eviction protection plan." Follow up 9/17/21.
