As a property owner I have been SO impressed and very happy that Legacy has helped to manage the unit we own. It is a small cost for the huge headaches we have avoided. The RMP team were very professional and helpful in assisting me with a tour of one of the properties that we are interested in. Paola scheduled my tour and she and Marcela were available to answer all of my questions and they were very instrumental in making my first tour easy and comfortable.
Stay away from this property management. They have horrible communication and will rob you out of your application fees even though you meet all the requirements for a property.
