(Concord, CA office) I want to view a property. Unlike everyone else, in order to do that you must jump through computer hoops without ever speaking to a person. I have taken a photo and downloaded it 3-4 times. It can be hours or minutes until it gives me the message that my tour was canceled because they need my ID.
