I have had amazing results working with Sapphire Property Management. They processed and approved my application immediately and I was placed in the home with no problems. I have been renting with them now for 10 months and they are very responsive to any of the needs I have had for maintenance. I did have one instance that was slow at being resolved do to lack of communication in the office by one individual but was taken care of when brought to the owners attention. Jorilyn was absolutely the best to work with. Housing has been such an issue these days, and we were lucky to find this property. She was willing to help us every step of the way and answer any of our questions. She always answered quickly, and she was very candid on all fronts. We appreciate the clear communication.
