Kelsey Landstrom is amazing. When my rent check actually got lost in the mail, she was there to help! An other employee there wanted to charge me late fees. Kelsey believed me and stood up for me. My late fees got dropped. When my rent check showed up two months later instead of destroying check as promised, they cashed it. Absolutely horrible horrible management. They are forcing younger kids out of the complex and writing violations that NEVER happened. They blame you for the marijuanna smell from other tenants. They claimed that neighborhood cats are yours and charge you money for each violation. They do not send you your violations nor let you know about them until they give you an eviction notice.
