We started out working with Jorilyn and she was very nice and helpful during our relocation. Rob was also helpful when available. Working with Heather was a nightmare. She told us that we had to have an inspection on a specific day which didn’t work for us and they did it anyways which was stated in the contract that they could enter our property. Based on my experiences just property hunting with them, I would not recommend anyone to rent from them at all. You don't show a place that is absolutely filthy to a prospective tenant. I'm almost convinced they photo shopped the images of one of the properties I looked at. It looked cute in the pictures, but was dirty, shoddy, and run down.
Wonderful service! Working with this company and Kelsey has been easy, smooth and efficient! She went above and beyond to get us in our rental home quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend them.
Communication could definitely be better. They only seem to communicate when they have something to say to tenants, if you have something to speak with them about there is no hurry to return phone calls. I have had a couple maintenance requests go unnoticed. They charge a renewal fee to renew a lease, which I feel is unnecessary, as it would cost them more to find a new tenant, so why charge a good one who's been there serval years to renew.
