I reached out to them about 2 years ago about an issue with a property that they manage. Still no response. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.
I've done business with them for a long time. I wanted to get on here and give their maintenance guy Clarence a huge shout out. He is such a nice guy and knows his stuff. More importantly he cared about getting our job done so my family did not go without hot water. We could have lived another day, but he went above and beyond and got the job done so that nobody had to go without hot water for even a day. Thanks RPM and thank you Clarence.
