Waited in the heat of summer, wasted gas for no one to be there. They never called to cancel or to reschedule
It's a terrible experience. Don't rely on hours of operation. The 'we'll be back' sign is usually up. Even when you do get in, it takes about 15 minutes before they realize you are there. Then, you get a lot of attitude backlash, because you interrupted their conversation, email or texting. Bottom line- you waste a lot of your time before the girls in the front treat you like dirt. I'm convinced that anyone who gives 5 stars is either them or their friends.
I have been a tenant of Real Property Management for over a year and recently renewed my lease for another year. They have been nothing shy of wonderful and understanding. RPMs staff are friendly and prompt. If we ever have had any problems, whether they be directly related to our unit or just to the property in general, they are quick to resolve them. Real Property Management took over the Timbers apartment complex back in, I believe, February. My boyfriend and I are currently tenants but not for long, thank goodness our 1 year lease is coming to an end next month. Our experience with the previous owners was a horrible experience also. We thought since someone else was taking over maybe changes would be made.
