The worst experience I've had with a property manager. They were inconsistent with communication with me as the homeowner. They allowed my house to be ruined and trashed by a tenant and did not enforce the terms of the lease. They did not inform me of the issues with the tenant or the condition of my home. Be careful of this place, If I can give this place negative stars I would. I was applying to a house and payed my 150 for them to tell me 3 days later after I called Them, to tell me oh your application is incomplete and the house you applied yea we rented it out, after a week of me and my wife constantly calling and Emails and texts, after that bad news they get back to me saying pick another place or lose your 150. Takes 6 months to a YEAR to have kitchen sockets repaired. Had to fight to have the AC fixed within legal guidelines of the house. Of the video footage I have of dumpster fires, homeless encampments, shoddy patchwork I'm starting to wonder of a docu-series of these slum lords...
!!DON'T RENT WITH RPM - THEY PEDDLE PESTS SEWER HOMES!! Currently STUCK in a lease in one of their slums. They were very ok with disallowing me to see the rental prior to me signing the lease. They call it a "Sight Unseen Agreement". That agreement goes LEGALLY against their own wording in the lease which states renters have a legal right to go on a walk through and INSPECT FOR PESTS AND MOLD.
