Difficulty with system at first to self tour location, but staff was responsive and helpful so that we were able to see apartment. Apartment was lovely, clean and well-kept at a reasonable cost.
As a property owner, I cannot recommend this company. Early on, we encountered significant issues, including being charged or having the company attempt to charge us for services that were not completed—such as cleaning, changing garage code, etc.—and inadequate tenant screening. At one point, a person was living in the property without our knowledge or approval.
