Not knowing why a company with a long term experience can think it’s ok to rent a house with not only mold but leaks in ceiling. Very disappointed in Dathan for knowing all the issues with the house and still thinks it’s ok to rent to a family with small children. Then Dathan has the audacity to tell my friend that the owner doesn’t have money to fix the issues. Are you serious Dathan it’s your job to fix the problem. Dathan, knowingly rented a house with BLACK MOLD to a family with young children! Dathan refused to remove the mold stating "the owner doesn't have the money". With that being said, Real Property Management Resources refused to give us our money back. Tried working with them but they ultimately said they will NOT remove the mold. They hire illegals to do the work or act like they're doing work, if they bother to show up! We are out over $4,000 and simply asked for our deposit and 1st months rent. Very disappointed with this company. I called about a rental that was available for self view, the person I spoke to said to drive there and there would be instructions on the door on how to enter the property. After driving over half an hour, I arrived at the property, and was instructed to sign up for some website and enter my credit card information and an ID.
