RPM in Winter Park made the whole process of renting out a house super easy. They found great tenants quickly, kept the homeowners updated, and really took care of everything along the way. What I like most is how they treat the property like it’s their own and make sure it’s protected during the tenant’s stay. If you want peace of mind and less stress with renting your place, I definitely recommend RPM.”
Worst renting experience I've had so far. I was a tenant of one of their properties for one year, but I would have left earlier if I could have. Terrible move-in, terrible move-out, poor communication, absurd deposit charges. Please save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else. Tara showed me the property, and when I went in the bathroom, I turned on the fan it was extremely loud. I commented on that to her, asking if that was normal and if it was working. Very, nice management people to work with. these are the people rent my house past about 15 years so far I have no problem with them. very good customer service they are providing.
