This was an amazing experience!! Roxana and the team were wonderful. I decided to rent while getting my own property on the market and was hesitant to do so, but this team is awesome! Excellent communication, very responsive, professional, and helpful without being annoying or invasive. They also made me feel comfortable knowing maintenance would be taken care of when needed. The job was done very quickly and completed well! I am satisfied with the end result. I would just recommend that for scheduling you don’t allow clients to pick the same date of the request if it’s most likely not going to happen. I had to somewhat be on standby for multiple days as I waited for confirmation of the scheduling. When it was finally scheduled I only had about 2 hours notice, which wasn’t terribly but not ideal. That is my only small complaint. Otherwise, I was very happy with the job!
been using Real Property Management Pros for over a decade. Great service. Recently we had washer fail and working with Daniel made getting it replaced super easy. Great communication all around.
