Arnold from RPM Pros Team has been nothing short of outstanding. He’s a consummate professional, always responsive, courteous, and proactive. Anytime there’s a maintenance issue, he made sure it was addressed quickly. Most notably when the HVAC system stopped working during winter, he advocated on my behalf to entire it was replaced. His dedication to my comfort as a tenant and his clear and constant communication makes a difference.
I’m so happy I chose this company. I had to rent my condo when I decided to move out of state. They make things so easy for me. I really don’t have to worry about anything! I highly recommend them and am happy to be a client.
