I’ve had some good maintenance repairs. On another note, I’ve had a few issues with repairs at my house. The vendor management team has given me inaccurate information regarding work done at my house, have not checked when massive projects were done resulting in lingering issues, and the vendor prices are ridiculous. $100 for cabinet glue. $200 for “disposal repair” that didn’t last. $350 for disposal replacement after the repair didn’t work. $300 for a simple toilet fix. Cecile and Nicole have both been incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout my time as a tenant. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to respond and made sure everything was handled smoothly. They truly care about their tenants and work hard to keep things running well.
