The WORST. We filled an “Emergency ticket” YESTERDAY because we lost AC, it’s 100 degrees out and still waiting for someone to call us back. We also called the emergency numbers (201-895-7869 and 703-424-7767), they took our info, literally hung up on me as I was still asking questions, and we still have NOT heard back from anyone. I have asthma and it is getting really bad…
I just moved in to my apartment and am making sure to take care of all the maintenance issues first thing. Arnold Romero has been coordinating all my maintenance tickets and doing a fantastic job. He makes all the phone calls to get any contract work done, and recently when there was an issue that was passed back and forth with the HOA office being not very responsive, Arnold did not give up on following up every time until it was resolved.
