I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Real Property Management. While we were informed that tenants had six days to complete the move-in inspection, we were never told that once one tenant signs the inspection report, the other tenant loses the ability to edit the report or add any comments. This critical information was never disclosed to us. My co-tenant signed the inspection report believing I would still be able to review it and document the condition of the property afterward. They list houses on zillow and ask people to pay application fees thru their website. They just got back to us and said they accepted another application but i still see the listing on zillow. I think they keep it to receive more application fees. Seems like a scam.

I was searching for a rental in Arlington and reached out to Real Property Management Pros about a property I was very interested in. When I asked how to be competitive and get notified when viewings opened up, I was told to simply check back daily. I did exactly that, booked the first available viewing slot the moment it became available, and confirmed our appointment. Edwin Oliva was simply outstanding assisting me. I have the Real Property Management Pros manage my property, and the dishwasher was not working properly.
