Prospective renters beware! This is one of those property management companies that makes a business out of collecting application fees regardless of whether your application will be considered (they charge $65 per person and structure it as a non-refundable fee as opposed to a application deposit). Ms. Ponce was AWESOME to work with! She was very professional, responsive, and met our every need. She accommodated our expedited timeline, and it took only 6 days to sign the lease from the time we'd submitted our online application. The 6 days included the weekend too. Ms. Ponce kept us well informed via text and email throughout the review process and we can't wait to move into our new rental townhouse!
