This company is awful. I asked to have my door code changed because my roommate no longer lives with me, and they refused. I've been paying my rent online for a year and now all of a sudden that is no longer an option, and now I have to get cashier's checks. I am a truck driver and not always in town so getting a cashier's check to them on time is nearly impossible. They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with and refuse to help you with anything. This company withholds security deposits and does not provide any evidence as to why. Then when a dispute is provided to them they magically throw a little more money out. They are withholding for cleaning, which violates Idaho Code. Once pointed out to them, they give just enough back to make it not worth your time to take them to small claims. They are a horrible company with horrible business practices.

They promised you the Moon to get your business. And then you can't get them to do anything. So then you fire them, for non-performance. then they file the collection agency stating that you owe them a ridiculous amount of money because they didn't do anything for you and they want you to pay them.

I wish I could do less than one star! Absolute garbage of a company. They have multiple extra fees that they charge for random things. They also refuse to tell people how many people have put into a place so that you can decide if it would be a waste of time or not. It's all to get as much money from people as possible. When called out on these things they deny that's the case, then when asked to prove you wrong by doing the right thing they ignore you.

I wish I could rate them 0 stars. Here is why: 1. When we found the house on Zillow, there was no contact information, and the email link was dead. We drove by to look for a sign out front, but there was none. We asked all the neighbors if they knew anything and they ended up personally contacting the owner. 2. If I could rate a NEGATIVE 10, I would! The most unprofessional property management company that I have ever dealt with. They absolutely refuse to return calls or emails. Complete disregard for a tenant that has never been late and took excellent care of the property. They are RUDE, unprofessional, and treat people disrespectfully. Additionally, they also are scammers and attempt in every way possible to keep money or charge money that does not belong to them.
