The Manager was proactive in responding to tenant's request about the air conditioner. **** vendor came on multiple times and determined that the a/c system was working correctly. However the converted 1 car garage room faces west and has french glass doors so in the summer it had multiple factors complicating all solutions offered. Manager did provide a portable ac to assist.
