I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. I was told I would receive a call back last Friday, and it is now Thursday with absolutely no response. I have called about 10 times, left multiple emails and messages, and Ms. Tamyra Stusick completely ignores my calls. The communication and customer care here are deeply unprofessional.
