Poor experience with this Real Property Management and our rental unit. Lack of communication & follow through. Currently working with a different property management company and can see night & day difference between the two. Look elsewhere for your property management needs
I have had a horrible experience with Real Property Management, and would highly, highly encourage prospective landlords to look elsewhere. I have terminated my contract after 5 months. In these 5 months, I witnessed the following: - a rent payment that was misplaced (questionable if it was ever even sent?), which took almost 3 months after notice to RPM to receive my money. - minimal to no communication with tenant regarding renewal. after my multiple follow ups with RPM with no response, it reached the point I reached out ... read more
