Least responsive management company I've encountered.
We faced a big move to the Portland area from out of state. The RPM-Oregon's Finest team saved they day. They were tremendously helpful during our relocation and getting settled with detailed instructions and assistance for each step of the process. The company offers an extremely organized and useful rental portal where tenants can pay rent, request maintenance or communicate with their team quickly and conveniently. ABSOLUTELY would never deal with this company again.Always seemed to be more on the side of the renter than the owner.Clyde was AWFUL to deal with. Should have known from the beginning when he showed up for our apt.an hour late.Had some lame excuse. At the end he screamed at me so loud for not following rules (yes,my fault) but screaming was not necessary. My husband could her him screaming at me from outside of the closed truck. Glad we sold the property and did not have to deal with him any more.
I would give no stars if possible. I have no heat in the main living area only in upstairs bedrooms. Instead of fixing the problem they are not renewing my lease. I have been a tenant for 4 years and have paid on time and have kept the townhouse in exceptional condition.
RPM has been managing the home we rent for a while, they are great! They are the epitome of professionalism and truly care about the properties and tenants they manage! Would recommend them to anyone with a rental property!
