Poor communication, poor customer service. They wasted 3 weeks of my time waiting for an answer they never got back to me about the final decision. I had to call them multiple times. I have an excellent credit history and a great job and still took a long time. Don’t waste your time find a better property management.
We had a great experience renting through RPM One Source. Glynn and Melanie were always responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. They made everything smooth and stress-free, which really meant a lot. Super appreciative of their support over the past couple of years!
Glynn and Melanie were the bomb.com. They assisted us with a DISASTER house (to no fault of their own) and a very unpleasant landlord who resisted fixes he was obligated to provide. In fact, my current property management company sadly does not compare.
