Glynn and Melanie have been phenomenal in my experience. They took their time to explain the process. They did everything for me that needed to be done. I highly recommend them to mange your properties the way it should be done.
I've been working with Chase Crawford. He has been amazing even with all the hell I've put him through, selling my house
Glynn and Melanie are the best! Anytime I have a problem I can rely on them to get it resolved! I have been a tenant for 6 years and would highly recommend renting a property from Real Property Management One Source!
Melanie and Glynn have been absolutely wonderful to work with throughout my time here. While I am sad to be moving on, I couldn't leave without sharing how much I appreciated their responsiveness, professionalism, and care. Any time I needed something, they were quick to communicate and even quicker to help. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a management team that truly goes above and beyond. Thank you both for everything!
Poor communication, poor customer service. They wasted 3 weeks of my time waiting for an answer they never got back to me about the final decision. I had to call them multiple times. I have an excellent credit history and a great job and still took a long time. Don’t waste your time find a better property management.
