Real Property Management Pros is without a doubt, the WORST property management company I have ever experienced. Not only do their contracts include clauses that are outside of the norm (like that they can start showing your property anytime they want, ours was put back on the rent market when we had nearly three months left of a one year lease), but they are COMPLETELY unresponsive to their tenants. I would rate it less if it was possible. The worst company to deal with, very unprofessional and thieves. Unethical and irresponsible, they charged me $300 to fix an unbroken dishwasher. Over $800 for a professionally cleaned apartment and stole personal property... the worst company that does not deserve any type of license!!!
