Sherri Oliver with the Nampa office has been TOTALLY unprofessional from day 1. She is so rude and disrespectful. She ignores the emails. And she doesn’t communicate between tenant and landlord. When she does she makes up lies and stories. She kept saying she’s the middle man. Well if she can’t get her job done the right way than why rent for her. We have had constant problems from her. Sadly, I cannot recommend this company. I used their "services" for 18 months. Communication is poor. When I notified termination they added trumped up "repairs" and promised 10 times to provide proof of charges but never did. Even their Nampa office disappeared. Absolutely avoid them! The bulk of positive reviews are "Google Users", not actual clients!
Our experience with this company was horrible. Stay away from them at all costs. They are very dishonest and have only THEIR best interests at heart. They don't care for the homeowners at all!! They make up charges and over charge for everything!! They still have some of our money that they won't return!! They do not abide by the contract either.
