I used RPM Midwest for a rental property I owned in Cincinnati, OH. As others have stated, the management staff is hard to track down and the maintenance/repair services they provide are overpriced and of poor quality. The management staff made numerous accounting errors that I thankfully caught, but it served as an inconvenience. This is my first month with this management company as a tenant and so far……NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. They are hardly ever available to answer calls at either location Dayton or Cincy. I’ve called on different days and times and it’s the same thing.. NO ANSWER

Do not hire this property management company...they had our property in a prime location and did not rent it got 3 months, but still collected their fees. I had a few friends contact them to see their responsiveness time and all three of my friends did not get any calls back. They are unprofessional, unresponsive and one of the worst property management companies I've ever dealt with..do..not..hire!!!
I been calling this place for weeks and no one has responded. And as I review these post RPM is not for me. Seems like a disaster waiting to happen.
