Knowingly rented me an uninhabitable rat infested home in Lakes and Birds Fremont area. None of the appliances worked. Unprofessional to deal with. Ghosted me and never returned my calls until I asserted my right not to pay rent until the infestation was addressed. After vector got involved paid my moving expenses to move out. Then promptly rerented the home for more money although it is delapitated and there needs major repairs to be inhabitable.

Sadly, I’m selling my last property as I transition into retirement. For the past 4 years, Dawania and her team have managed my rental properties-Newark, Fremont and Redwood City. They did a great job at a very affordable price. I have always been impressed and appreciative of Dawania’s knowledge of property management and in real estate matters in general. She has been super helpful to me. I am happy to recommend Real Property Management Masters to anyone looking for management in the Bay Area.
