This company is incredibly shady! As someone has already posted on here, they never ask for permission for emergency repairs and charge you a ridiculously high amount. Chris Clarke, who is a franchise RPM owner, is someone you need stay far away from. He charged me half a month's rent for starting a lease with a tenant that we have had for 10 years. I used this company for 2 years and they did "repairs" that were high in price and they never asked for permission. They broke contract and I never received rent from my tenants a few months in a row.They are shady and will steal from you when the opportunity arises. Stay away from this company. Lous lim is a crook. One month my rent was 400 dollars off since they apparently cleaned some blinds and swapped out light bulbs. This is the just the norm with these guys.
