Absolutely terrible. I have been ghosted for a week about a possible property to rent and have yet to hear anything from them about move in dates and where to pay rent. I now drive a 4 hour commute to my place of work due to not getting this apartment at a decent pace. Their phone numbers either are forever unanswered or are disconnected entirely. I am inclined to travel to their home office to complain in person if I need to. Completely unprofessional and extremely disappointing.
They denied my application, and they stole my admin fee that is supposed to be returned back to me. Litigation will soon begin. I am not the one to steal from. Period.
Tracy Daley Is a very poor representation of your company. But judging from the reviews on your company prior to this incident. I don't see how anybody does business with you.
