⚠️DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. ⚠️I highly recommend not applying here. I found one of their properties on Zillow and contacted them to tour. At first, nothing seemed off. They have automated text message that welcomes you to tour. When we went to go tour the property, we arrived and it was a self tour. I usually never write reviews, but I am so frustrated with this company that I decided I needed to warn future tenants. If I could give this company a 0, I would. The app used to pay rent does not contain accurate contact information, making it nearly impossible to get in contact with the office. My roommates and I submitted multiple maintenance requests about a broken fridge, but the company did nothing to fix it because they did not want to pay for a new fridge, so we were left with a broken fridge that caused our food to ... read more
Extremely unprofessional company. We reported multiple issues with the property that we were renting that needed addressed. They failed to properly fix any of the issues and found a cheaper work around that barely solved the problem. Upon us moving out, they went to the property BEFORE the last day of our lease to take pictures and charged us so much for cleaning fees and trash that was "left" in the property. Absolutely terrible. I have been ghosted for a week about a possible property to rent and have yet to hear anything from them about move in dates and where to pay rent. I now drive a 4 hour commute to my place of work due to not getting this apartment at a decent pace. Their phone numbers either are forever unanswered or are disconnected entirely. I am inclined to travel to their home office to complain in person if I need to. Completely unprofessional and extremely disappointing.
They denied my application, and they stole my admin fee that is supposed to be returned back to me. Litigation will soon begin. I am not the one to steal from. Period.
