Jeff has been our landlord for over 4 years. Whenever we have a maintenance issue it is handled within 1-2 days. Rent is fair. They are not greedy landlords like Scott Brown. Highly recommend!
I thoroughly enjoy working with this company. I've had nothing but an honest and professional experience with them. As a vendor things can get difficult with communication and policies but with Real Property Management it's always straight forward, reliable and convenient. I’m sure this review will get disputed, we rented their property at 3818 Sumner Ct in Sherman for two years with perfect rent history an early move in and pro rated ahead of time payment…. Through that two years we had a dishwasher leak due to poor installation which buckled the flooring in which they promised to replace, this was within the first 4 months of living there, we filed a maintenance order and they fixed the leak and promised to replace the flooring (never did), 2 weeks later the toilet seal in the half bath had ... read more
