Good luck trying to get in touch with this company. They don't answer calls. Also Jeff was supposed to be in touch with me but he never got back to me on any questions I had. Next thing you know, when I finally get in touch with him, he says the property I was interested in was already leased out, then rudely hung up on me while I was mid-sentence. Jeff Bailey and his team at Lakeview provided guidance and hands on assistance for getting my property ready to rent. The whole process took a couple of months and then they found a tenant for me. That tenant has been there for 2+ years and wants to sign for another year. Jeff and his team are just very effective with the unique process of making a property ready to rent and then keeping it occupied. I live 250 miles away, no problems, the rent shows up every month in the designated account.
The management has been very responsive to all service requests I have initiated.
We have been very pleased with this company managing our rental. Highly recommended!
