Applied for a house, got all necessary documents to Peter within 48 hours of being in contact with him, and once we did he did not respond for a whole day. After reaching out again the next day Peter informed me that the property we had applied for had been taken the day before (when I had reached out to him multiple times asking if i could come pay the deposit) and that he could get us into another property.
