Joarky in the maintenance department was extremely helpful with move in and move out, he gets 5 stars from me.
Crooks. They take managements/hoa side over yours, with no proof. Ended my lease a month before it was to end, so they could keep the deposit. Don't say you weren't warned.

HORRIBLE! They are really the most awful people. We rented the apartment from pictures, when we arrived the place was filthy and we told them and Brian said he didn't know what I was talking about. I left the apartment exactly how I found it, not painted, filthy baseboards, black carpet and when we left he is trying to keep my deposit and tell me I was supposed to leave it painted and professionally cleaned! STAY AWAY!! The worst property management company I ever encountered! Phone calls never returned, emails are returned 3-4 days later at best, a week typically, and NEVER on occasion. I rented from them and had one problem after another, washer and drier repaired, never replaced, 3 times in 6 moth; freezer/refrigerator stopped working and I was forced to throw away all food TWICE; was told by management that I had to defrost freezer with hair dryer on weekly bases to keep it from dying and causing more problems.
