Stay away as the other commenters have stated. Wish I had read reviews before we moved into one of their properties, I would have went with another town home with someone else we were also considering at the time. Joarky in the maintenance department was extremely helpful with move in and move out, he gets 5 stars from me.
Crooks. They take managements/hoa side over yours, with no proof. Ended my lease a month before it was to end, so they could keep the deposit. Don't say you weren't warned.

HORRIBLE! They are really the most awful people. We rented the apartment from pictures, when we arrived the place was filthy and we told them and Brian said he didn't know what I was talking about. I left the apartment exactly how I found it, not painted, filthy baseboards, black carpet and when we left he is trying to keep my deposit and tell me I was supposed to leave it painted and professionally cleaned!
