I just ended my lease and after 2.5 years, here is what I have to say about RPM. If the house you are looking to rent has an HOA, don't rent from RPM. They would not help us when the HOA was targeting us and kept writing us up for a "loud car" (it was a V6 charger) and other petty things. We had a C0 detector going off and they wanted us to submit a work request for it. It was freezing rain and we didn't have a furnace or water heater. Viewed a house and really liked!!!! The manager told us it would be professionally cleaned before we move in - first lie. We caught him sweeping and he admitted he had gone to store to buy a broom the same day we moved in.... the manager consistently lied about when he would follow back up with us for on multiple occasions for an inspection, for a tour, and upon move out.
