Mihrat was not helpful. The first time I had contact with Mihrat, I never got a response about a property I was interested in. The second time I reached out about a property, Mihrat was not responsive and could not answer the questions I was asking.
I rented from them in Kalamazoo,,, they took me to court to evict me,,, but the house wasnt even rentable... I am in the process of sueing them now.. City of Kalamazoo cited their properties Worst place i ever experience
