This was our first time renting out our property. Chris was very patient, answered all of my questions, and helped us prepare our home to rent as we were also preparing for an overseas move. He listed our house the day that we departed and had it under a lease within a week! I am hopeful that this is the beginning of a very positive experience and relationship. It is such a relief to know that our home in Charleston is under good care while we are a thousand miles away.
I wish I could give Chris Heu with RPM more stars than five, because he most certainly deserves it. He is a consummate professional and truly exemplified exceptional customer service when I recently went through the process of leasing a condo for my college-aged daughter. He made the entire experience seamless and painless. We are so appreciative of the efforts and friendliness he extended on our behalf. Thank you Chris and RPM!
