RPM is an excellent property management company. Erik is great to work with - friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable.
I rented a furnished townhome from RPMI for two years. When we moved in they had not cleaned the place (e.g. there was still garbage on the floors and under the beds), and when we moved out they subtracted >$200 for spot painting (two small spots) and $325 for a cleaning fee despite it being cleaner than when we moved in.
Great property management team.
