I worked primarily with Ian throughout the year that I leased a home from their team. At all times I felt like my concerns were regarded with an incredible amount of care. At one point I realized that I was having humidity issues and they promptly responded and helped get new equipment installed to mitigate any issues that it might have caused. RPM is an excellent property management company. Erik is great to work with - friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable.
I rented a furnished townhome from RPMI for two years. When we moved in they had not cleaned the place (e.g. there was still garbage on the floors and under the beds), and when we moved out they subtracted >$200 for spot painting (two small spots) and $325 for a cleaning fee despite it being cleaner than when we moved in.
