Avoid this company at all costs. My leasing agent Kristina Ott essentially ghosted me after I put down an extortianante holding deposit which she assured me was refundable ( I decided not to go through with the lease). In the two weeks since I informed her that I did not want to go through with the lease, the company has been completely unresponsive to my calls and emails enquiring about the refund, which I have yet to receive. Now I think I am going to have to go to small claims court to get my money back, ugh.....
stay far, far away from this horrible company, whether you are a property owner or renter. They lost our move-in inspection form and didn't take ownership of their mistake, they charged us $218 for a normal wear-and-tear repair on an old, cheap refrigerator part, and they failed to return our security deposit in the 45 day window required by state law.
