Not recommended and lack of proactive communication, especially when asked for updates. Assessing dues for items that were as-is from move in condition. However, move out check list appears to be very detailed and move in is a simple walk through that glosses over details and I was told most items I pointed out are wear and tear and not to worry about it. Pretty silly, just watch out and call out every nick and scratch you are or you might be stuck paying for it.
Great experience. I wasn’t feeling my best but inspector made sure to make me feel comfortable even though he didn’t have to.

I would strongly discourage anyone from renting through this property management company. We were given a house at move-in that was completely unacceptable. The interior was dirty, the yard was entirely unkept, and the gutters clearly had not been cleaned—despite them claiming they had paid $400 for cleaning.
