Michael & Raessa have been awesome as our property managers. They are very attentive to any needs or questions we may have and have always been quick to fix any issues that may come up. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Edit.. They said they had 1 application ahead of mine like I stated in my review, however given that's its still listed that application ahead of mine must have not been approved. I have received no refund of confirmation of refund in process like they stated in thier reply. If i could give a zero i would. Thier communication is non existence have called many times a day and sent emails regarding a application from jan 3rd 2025 and heard no response. The professionalism of Real Property Management is outstanding! Communication, cleanliness, and completion of tasks are all things I’ve experienced while being a tenant here. Michael personally is one of the best!!!
