Absolute horrible experience. I applied for a rental, got approved but I requested for a few things to be done that NEEDED to be done before I paid my deposit. There was a water stain in the ceiling, the home looked abandoned because the grass had grown up so high, there was a chair in the driveway and trash and there was a soft spot in the kitchen floor that felt like if I would have stomped it would have fallen in.
