0/5! DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM! Can not trust them, they went back on agreement and charged me fees they promised not to. LOTS OF HIDDEN FEES! Jean is the most unprofessional professional I have ever met. Very rude over text, sends unprofessional emails, even HANGS UP THE PHONE ON CLIENTS. Advertisement said 1 bedroom actually a studio, don't they follow through with promises made to fix up your property, didn't even do a walk through check list of the place. Terrible business.
I would give them 0 stars if I could, absolutely rude. They constantly complained about doing their job extremely unprofessional, don't manage thru them.
