Jim Lawson is very, very unprofessional. He does not communicate or execute efficiently. As an owner, firing Jim Lawson was the most productive decision for all parties involved. He can't charge "management fees" when he's fired.
Most unprofessional company to do business with there money hungry slum lords. I paid extra on me security deposit to move in one of there properties after i signed my lease they gave the property to another slum lord property agency. To find out the house has sewer problems and has since it was built no heat or hot water from January 20th through today February 6 , a rat infestation, mold build up in the walls.
