Very poor communication all around. Text, call, email, send a carrier pigeon…still took weeks to get any sort of response. You pay $50 for “Resident benefit package “? For what? For no response and 1 filter to be mailed every 3 or 4 months. They’re definitely more concerned about their FB posts that no one looks at and a sorry attempt at podcast. Hey maybe respond to your tenants before social media. I feel bad for the actual homeowner because I doubt they know how poorly their homes are being “managed”
Brian was excellent to work with, from the time he showed us the house till our move, great experience, would highly recommend
Oh, Brian is the WORST!!!! If you want your property to be falling down due to ZERO maintenance, Brian is your guy!!!!! Grass 3 feet tall on the properties he is SELLING!!!! Not the best look for a house on the market. But he is also very rude, so you know............
I have had my share of Property Managers and they are not all created equal. Brian Poduska and his team have proven to be reliable, efficient with respect to tenants, work orders, vendors, owner, owner portal, etc. We have had our share of challenges… a tenant caught my house on fire causing just under 100,000 in damage.
