I rented a storage unit from this company. I disputed a charge with them but paid it anyway. I asked for them to change my gate code and they refused so I asked what my gate code is and then they sent me a non renewal notice. I always paid my rent on time and was never in breach of my lease agreement. I asked for their reasoning for the non renewal and they refused to give me an answer and said they didn't have to disclose that. HORRIBLE experience with them!!!
Great company who cares about everyone. The team is very professional and friendly. They are quick at getting things done and they genuinely care abt the tenants, the property managers, and the owners.
