I rented a storage unit from this company. I disputed a charge with them but paid it anyway. I asked for them to change my gate code and they refused so I asked what my gate code is and then they sent me a non renewal notice. I always paid my rent on time and was never in breach of my lease agreement. I asked for their reasoning for the non renewal and they refused to give me an answer and said they didn't have to disclose that. HORRIBLE experience with them!!! I had this company manage two of my properties and cannot say anything good about them. they didn't respond to my needs and I would have had to pay a bill of about 8,000 dollars to something they said was due to a contractor defect when the house was built. It turns out that it was caused by lightning and the new property manager identified it and saved me. I would NEVER use this company again
Best property management I've ever had. Especially kenneth, who is very helpful. He keeps you in the loop and makes sure you are taken care of. Great staff!
