We have had an awful experience with RPM. Our agent has been super responsive and kind but nothing gets done or taken care of. The problem could very well be the owners, making it difficult for RPM to get things done, but we are very displeased. We haven’t even been here 3 months and had to fix multiple parts on our own, nothing was updated by the owners and within the first 3 months it’s all of the sudden our problem.
