This review is specific to Oak Tree Apartments and Townhomes. Townhome unit. The staff is helpful and available to answer all questions. However, I was originally told my unit hadn’t been preoccupied by anyone it was brand new. That was false as several other tenants have lived in this unit (found mail from various names to my unit) I assume some major renovations were done and I can tell it was a rush job.
