Joni the owner is not an honest person, she hired a roofer to replace my roof that was not bonded and insured and lied about having installed a new roof. A couple of independent professionals have reached that conclusion. Especially after the roof fell off offer a windstorm and the insurance refused to pay for that reason. RUN-DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!

I would strongly caution anyone considering renting from this property management company. Our unit recently experienced significant sewer problems, and despite repeated calls to the emergency line over several hours, no one responded for hours while sewage backed up into showers in the house. When we finally reached someone, we were told the earliest repair could be made five days later. This is part of a larger pattern of neglect.
