Nice clean property in a good quiet neighborhood. RPM was always responsive; Liliana was an excellent communicator. The few repairs needed usually got quick attention and efficient, capable service from contractors. Lease was more restrictive than preferred. Required add-on services were mostly a waste of money. Legalese was bothersome. Still, seemingly a trustworthy, reputable management company.
RPM has treated me really well through every step of the way. Communication was very friendly and helpful and the home was nice as well. Would recommend working with these people to anyone. Special shoutout to one of their reps, Liliana. She was very friendly and helpful along every step of the way.

The least communicative rental agency I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Not only do they never pick up their phone, but their emails will not allow you to reply to them. I applied for a property of theirs early last week, and last I heard from them, they were gonna give the people ahead of me in the process until Monday to sign the lease, at which point they would send it to me to sign.
