I have been using Real Property Management Excelled for almost five years now and from a customer support perspective Lauren and team are very responsive and have been able to address most tasks when it come to managing the property. My tenants are comfortable with the team and said nothing but good things. Nothing is perfect and there are a few things that I feel need to be improved. One is the leasing of units. Real Property Management Excelled has demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the initial rental process, significantly alleviating my concerns. If you are a landlord, avoid this company at all costs. My experience with them has been financially damaging, frustrating, and completely one‑sided in favor of allowing bad tenants to clearly violate the lease. They placed a tenant in my home who had both an old and an active eviction/lawsuit, something any competent property manager should have caught. From there, the problems snowballed.
