This agency fails to properly attend to their tenants needs. During this challenging time of COVID-19, my air-conditioning went out two days prior to the first hundred degree days in Tucson. I reached out to the agency to try to get it fixed, it took them over eight hours just to give me a call back informing me that the soonest they can get a technician out would be four days.
