The process of renting a property from Real Property Management in Oklahoma City was tedious but I got it done. However, when I paid my rent on 2/4 there was a $75 Tenant Notice Fee...this is AFTER a $55 late fee. I'm fine with paying a late fee because I was 3 days late. But $75 to send me a late notice is completely asinine.

This is a horrible company to work for. Do not work for this company. They don't care about there maintenance employees. From the owner Lanelle Butterfeild, to the office manger Bobbie Furst, and also the maintenance coordinator Kelly Nation. They will all step on your neck to be able to make there checks, no matter how hard you work for them everyday no one in that entire business will have your back. Do not work for this company.
