The process of renting a property from Real Property Management in Oklahoma City was tedious but I got it done. However, when I paid my rent on 2/4 there was a $75 Tenant Notice Fee...this is AFTER a $55 late fee. I'm fine with paying a late fee because I was 3 days late. But $75 to send me a late notice is completely asinine.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! Never rent from them! It is nothing but a giant scam! They make you pay for everything, even if its not in your control. I had to pay for a plumber 5x for the exact same issue because they were too incompetent to fix it! I could write a book with all the horrible things theyve put us through. They have even broken the law. I have no idea how they are still in business. They refuse to let you speak to a manager, and only allow texting for communication whic... read more

Terrible rental company. Poor communication from the beginning. The house was in rough condition when we moved in: cracked tiles, smelled like smoke, stained carpet, dirt everywhere. We went without a working shower for two months because of their incompetence. We had to submit multiple work orders for anything to actually get done. I rented a property. I completed the move in check list and provided pictures showing the condition of property. When I moved out, they tried to say that my 5 year old s*** ** caused damage to their property. Scratched up a door he cannot even reach. They cannot even find my checklist I turned in. Poor mangement.

As a property owner, I found their service and responsiveness to be poor. Their costs for repairs to ******* caused damage were high and their effort to collect from the ******* were not sufficient. The service and oversite of the property declined as the years went by leading to more damage and notices from the city over the condition of the yard. This is a horrible company to work for. Do not work for this company. They don't care about there maintenance employees. From the owner Lanelle Butterfeild, to the office manger Bobbie Furst, and also the maintenance coordinator Kelly Nation. They will all step on your neck to be able to make there checks, no matter how hard you work for them everyday no one in that entire business will have your back. Do not work for this company.
