I did not get to use Engage’s management services, but Pooja’s negotiations to allow my business needs to fit were perfect. We recently used RPM's services to lease our home, and their communication and customer service have exceeded our expectations. We encountered a few issues beyond their control. A tree falling in the backyard and knocking out the electricity for several days due to recent storms. The process of obtaining city inspections and permits to fix everything took some time, but the RPM office was always very responsive and kept us updated every step of the way.
