We recently used RPM's services to lease our home, and their communication and customer service have exceeded our expectations. We encountered a few issues beyond their control. A tree falling in the backyard and knocking out the electricity for several days due to recent storms. The process of obtaining city inspections and permits to fix everything took some time, but the RPM office was always very responsive and kept us updated every step of the way.

This company is very understanding and works with you on your customized business needs. we had a pleasure to work with Pooja, whose knowledge and expertise helped us on each and every way in our Property Management journey.
